For SAINT-JOSSE, flowers have been a real institution, since its participation in the very first competition in 1959. Tasteful and harmonious floral displays, together with a "record" assistance by individual residents, have contributed to making this village one of the most prolific Villages in Bloom in Pas-de-Calais.
